Rachel Gonzalez is a local marital and family law attorney and Guardian ad Litem whose work centers on protecting the safety, well-being, and developmental needs of children navigating high-conflict family dynamics. With nearly a decade of trauma-informed courtroom advocacy, Rachel has championed survivors of violent crime and domestic violence, supported at-risk youth, and guided families through some of their most challenging seasons with clarity, steadiness, and compassion.

Rachel serves as an Associate Attorney at The Law Office of Cindy Crawford, where her practice spans complex dissolution matters, parenting disputes, and the development of child-focused, sustainable resolutions. As a Guardian ad Litem, she is recognized for her signature approach: child-centered, emotionally attuned, and grounded in practical, real-world solutions. She is committed to ensuring every child is heard, seen, and supported throughout the legal process.

Beyond the courtroom, Rachel has spent more than a decade mentoring teens and young adults through the college application and transition process, and she has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Indian River State College teaching Student Success. Creativity and discipline are core to her personal life as well, as she is an avid writer, painter, and competitive athlete.

Rachel joins Pandora’s Kids with a deep belief in the organization’s mission and a heartfelt commitment to expanding pathways of healing, support, and opportunity for children and families. She is honored to bring her legal knowledge, advocacy experience, and compassionate leadership to the organization’s long-term vision and impact.
